Infectious Disease Practice

About our practice
Infectious disease care starts with understanding the person behind the diagnosis. We combine careful clinical evaluation with attentive listening and close collaboration.
Our clinicians provide consultation and follow-up care in acute care hospitals, acute rehabilitation hospitals, and sub-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing centres. We work at the bedside, alongside each facility's own care team, from admission through discharge.
The practice is led by Shilpa Chaudhari, MD, President and Medical Director.
Our clinical approach
Complex infections call for clear thinking and a coordinated team. Our approach connects diagnostic evaluation, purposeful treatment, and ongoing follow-up.
We bring the medical history, current symptoms, and diagnostic findings together to understand each patient's needs.
We use clinical evidence to guide an individualized plan, with careful attention to appropriate antimicrobial use.
We work with the facility's care team and follow the patient's progress, from the initial consultation through follow-up.
